Privacy Policy
This is a working policy for the Infinestra public website, operated by Mail Mantra Software Pvt. Ltd. (Mailmantra). It will be reviewed by counsel before production billing and customer workspaces go live.
Information we collect
If you submit the contact form, Infinestra stores your name, company, email, phone, subject, message and basic technical metadata such as IP address and user agent so we can respond and protect the service.
How we use it
Inquiry data is used to reply to your request, improve the website, and prepare future trial or demo conversations. We do not sell this information.
Account data
When product registration opens, company and user records will be stored in the Infinestra SaaS platform with company-level isolation. Passwords are hashed and are not stored in plain text.
Retention
Website inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and maintain a reasonable business record, then deleted or archived according to internal policy.
